Moazzam Watches wants you to be happy with your purchase, however, in the event, our item does not meet your expectations, you can feel free to return it for a refund. We offer you a 14-day return period beginning from the date your package is received, if for any reason you need to return an item you have purchased with us simply contact us and we will guide you in a few simple steps.
Return Conditions
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to properly ship and return the product back to Moazzam Watches. We strongly urge that you DO NOT re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipping. Please include all items we shipped to you. If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to Moazzam Watches.
