1. WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Moazzam Watches.
Moazzam Watches LLC ("Moazzam Watches", "we", "us" or "our") is a watch retailer based in the United Arab Emirates. We operate through our online store at www.moazzamwatches.com and through our physical retail stores in the UAE.
We offer watches and related products from multiple brands through our online and physical retail channels.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Website, online purchases and Orders, and relevant interactions with Moazzam Watches.
By using our Website or placing an online Order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
These Terms do not exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable UAE law.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Account" means an account created by a Customer on our Website.
"Business Day" means a day on which our relevant business operations are open, excluding applicable UAE public holidays.
"Customer", "you" or "your" means the person purchasing or attempting to purchase a Product from us.
"Order" means a request submitted by you to purchase Products through our Website.
"Order Confirmation" means our electronic acknowledgement that we have received your Order.
"Product" means a watch or other product offered for sale by Moazzam Watches.
"Website" means www.moazzamwatches.com and associated online services operated by Moazzam Watches.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an online Order.
If you are under 18, you may use our Website or purchase Products only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You agree not to:
- use the Website for unlawful purposes;
- provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

- otherwise misuse the Website.
We may restrict or suspend Website access where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems or legal rights.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
If you create an Account, you must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your Account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, misuse or material breach of these Terms.
6. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications, prices and photographs displayed on our Website are accurate.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. Actual colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, manufacturing variations and differences between screens and devices.
Where applicable, Product specifications such as dimensions, materials, functions and features will be displayed on the Website.
Customers should review Product information before placing an Order.
7. AUTHENTICITY
Moazzam Watches sells genuine Products.
Where applicable, Products may be supplied with the manufacturer's packaging, warranty documentation, instruction manual and other accessories supplied with the Product.
Package contents may vary depending on the brand, model and market.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on our Website and in our physical retail stores are subject to availability.
Displaying a Product online does not guarantee that it will remain available when you place an Order.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order is submitted, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative, delay fulfilment or refund any amount paid for the unavailable Product.
9. ONLINE ORDERS
When you place an Order through our Website, you are requesting to purchase the selected Products.
After receiving your Order, we may send an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt.
An Order Confirmation confirms receipt of your Order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may conduct reasonable checks relating to Product availability, payment authorisation, pricing, fraud prevention, delivery information and fulfilment.
The contract of sale for an online Order is formed when we accept the Order and proceed with fulfilment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10. REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BY US
We may decline or cancel an Order for legitimate reasons, including:
- the Product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
- a material pricing or Product-description error;
- incomplete or materially incorrect delivery information;
- fulfilment cannot reasonably be completed; or
- cancellation is required by law or another legitimate business reason.
If we cancel an Order for which payment has already been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled Product or Order, as applicable.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. PRICES
All Website prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed or communicated before completion of an online purchase where required.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an Order that has already been accepted, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
12. PAYMENT
We may offer different payment methods, including online card payments, payment service providers and Cash on Delivery where available.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated by our retail staff.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
13. CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery ("COD") may be available for eligible UAE online Orders.
Availability may depend on the Product, Order value, delivery location or other operational requirements.
COD is available only where displayed or confirmed by us.
14. PHYSICAL RETAIL STORE PURCHASES
Products purchased directly from one of our physical retail stores are retail-store purchases.
Customers should retain their original sales invoice or receipt.
The return, exchange or refund terms applicable to a retail-store purchase will be communicated at the time of sale and remain subject to applicable UAE consumer-protection law.
Our 14-day online return policy applies specifically to eligible purchases made through our Website, unless we expressly state otherwise.
A purchase made directly at a physical retail store will not automatically be treated as an online purchase merely because the same Product is listed on our Website.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming Products.
15. DELIVERY
Online Orders are currently delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.
Our standard estimated delivery time is generally 2–3 Business Days, subject to Product availability, payment confirmation, delivery location and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible online purchases may qualify for our 14-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Separate procedures may apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete Products.
Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.
17. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Where a Product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty, the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms will apply.
Depending on the Product and circumstances, warranty and after-sales matters may be handled by Moazzam Watches, the relevant manufacturer, authorised distributor or authorised service centre.
Warranty coverage may vary by brand and Product.
Subject to applicable law, warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper handling, normal wear and tear or other exclusions specified in the applicable warranty.
Where required by applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
18. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discounts, vouchers and special offers may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotional Products are subject to availability;
- discounts may not apply to already-discounted Products; and
- promotional terms may differ between our Website and physical retail stores.
Any specific promotional terms displayed or communicated at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
19. CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an online Order.
Once an Order has been dispatched or processed for fulfilment, changes may no longer be possible.
In such circumstances, the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.
20. INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
For online purchases, we may provide an electronic invoice or other transaction documentation.
For physical retail-store purchases, customers will receive a sales invoice or receipt in accordance with applicable requirements.
Customers should retain invoices and receipts for warranty, return, exchange and after-sales purposes.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product presentation and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Moazzam Watches or the applicable rights holder.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such content without appropriate permission.
22. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be collected through online transactions and interactions with our physical retail stores, including for sales, invoices, warranty support, repairs, returns, customer service and other legitimate business purposes.
23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery, hosting, Website technology, analytics, marketing, customer communication, fraud prevention and after-sales services.
Such providers may process information necessary to provide their services.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
26. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Moazzam Watches for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of our Website, fraud, deliberate misconduct or material breach of these Terms.
27. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, transport disruption, security incidents, strikes, technical failures, courier disruption or other force majeure events.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under UAE consumer-protection legislation or using a competent authority or dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our Website with the applicable "Last Updated" date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights relating to Orders already accepted, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Website policies and any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement governing your use of our Website and online purchases.
